Payments and Cancellation Policy

Course registration is binding. A course place is confirmed only once the full course fee has been received. Full payment must be made no later than 30 days prior to the course start date. If payment is not received by this deadline, the organizer reserves the right to reassign the course place.

Course fees are non-refundable. In the event of illness or other unforeseen circumstances, the paid course fee may be transferred once to a future equivalent course, provided the organizer is informed in due time. There is no entitlement to a specific future course date.

Transfer of a course place to another person is only possible with prior written approval from the organizer.

The organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to insufficient enrolment or other important reasons. In such cases, any fees already paid will be fully refunded or, if preferred, credited toward a future course.
