Cancellation & refunds

More than 30 days before course start
Any course fees already paid (excluding the non-refundable deposit of CHF 900.–) will be refunded.

30 to 14 days before course start
50% of the full course fee is due. If you have paid more than this amount, the difference (minus the CHF 900.– deposit) will be refunded.

Less than 14 days before course start or after the course has begun
The full course fee is due and no refund is possible.
If the course must be cancelled or postponed by the organiser (e.g. not enough participants), all fees already paid will be fully refunded, or transferred to a new date if preferred.
Missed or late payments

If a payment deadline is missed, we reserve the right to release the course place and charge any outstanding fees according to the above cancellation conditions.

Participation in the final exam and the issuance of the certificate are only possible once all course fees have been paid in full.
