NOTE

We reserve the right to consolidate groups or reschedule courses in case of low subscriptions. In all cases: attendees will be first informed.

Cancellation policy

We always suggest rescheduling a course rather than fully cancelling it.

You may choose to reschedule the exact same course you signed up originally or choose a different one - we have several courses offered parallel. Check your options Here. Simply email us and we sort it out!

We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel your reservation. In the event of cancellation, our policy is as follows:

Considering that the team at WE has already counted on your attendance and invested accordingly, we are not offering refunds in any cases.
No-shows will be charged the full booking fee and there is no refund option in any term.

Please note, if WE has to cancel a course, you will be refunded. It may take up to 7 business days to process.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy.

Registration Obligations

When you purchase a course or tasting from our site, we may require that you register and fill out a registration form with your personal data.

You represent that all Registration Information provided by you is accurate and up-to-date. If any of your Registration Information changes, you must update it by sending the corrected Registration Information to us at learn@wineeducation.ch as soon as possible.

Online Payments

Please note that all online payments will be processed by our third party payment processor. We do not control, process, or store any of your payment information, and any of our products or services that you purchase through wine education.ch are facilitated through this third-party.

The entire contents of our website - including without limitation: logo, written content, domain name(s) and design content - material may not be reproduced, displayed, modified or distributed without the express prior written permission of the copyright holder. For permission, contact us here.

Publishing & Social Media

By publishing content related to our wine courses on social media, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as with the terms and conditions of the social media platform.
We reserve the right to remove any content related to our wine courses that we believe, in our sole discretion, violates these terms and conditions, or that is otherwise inappropriate or offensive.
Articles must be always approved by the leadership of WE Wine Education KLG prior to publishing in any forms: printed media or online.
