Service Description
Course: May 17 - October 18, 2026 Exam: October 18, 2026 This intensive, professional sommelier training course is designed for participants of all experience levels. The goal is to impart a solid foundation of knowledge and practical skills for a professional sommelier. The course is suitable for professionals in the hospitality and retail sectors, wine experts, individuals seeking a career change, and passionate wine and beverage enthusiasts. The course comprises a total of 120 hours of in-person instruction as well as supplementary online self-study modules. Classes are held once a week. The complete sommelier examination comprises: – a written theory exam on viticulture and beverage knowledge – an oral exam on general sommelier expertise – a practical service exam – a written blind tasting Schedule: May 17 May 31 June 7 June 14 July 21 July 28 July 5 July 12 - Summer break - August 23 August 30 September 6 September 13 September 20 September 27 October 4 - Exam: October 18
