Botrytis Wines
17. December, 2026 - Zürich
Service Description
The Concept The final chapter of the year, closing on a celebratory, festive note ahead of Christmas. A comparative tasting of the world's great botrytis-affected sweet wine styles, paired with cheese and traditional accompaniments, with a focus on revealing the distinct winemaking techniques behind each style.
