Rioja Diploma Course The Rioja Diploma Course offers an in-depth exploration of one of Spain’s most historic and dynamic wine regions. Designed for wine professionals and enthusiasts, the program combines 12 hours of classroom instruction with 8 hours of guided online self-study. Participants will develop a comprehensive understanding of Rioja’s history, terroir, grape varieties, winemaking traditions, and modern stylistic developments. The course also explores the region’s classification system, key producers, and the evolving diversity of Rioja wines. Through guided tastings, structured learning materials, and interactive discussion, students gain the knowledge and confidence to understand, evaluate, and present Rioja wines in a professional context. The course concludes with a final examination, leading to the Rioja Diploma certification.
