Fundamental sommelier course by the Swiss Association of Professional Sommeliers (ASSP)

A comprehensive, foundation-level sommelier course that builds solid tasting, service and theory skills with a strong focus on Swiss wines.

The ideal foundation for entering the profession in Switzerland

Over 20 Sundays (8 hours each), participants build solid practical and theoretical skills, gaining strong knowledge of Swiss wine regions alongside an introduction to key international appellations. The program also serves as structured preparation for the eidgenössische Fachausweis and gives future sommeliers the confidence to step into the profession – and to wear their ASSP pin with pride at graduation.
