This workshop focuses on the art of pairing wine with food to enhance the overall dining experience. Participants will explore the principles behind successful wine and food combinations and gain practical knowledge on selecting the right wine for different dishes.
Activities:
- Pairing demonstrations: tasting food bites and wines together and analyzing flavors.
- Hands-on experience creating pairings with a selection of 6 wines and food bites.
- Discussion on the science of wine and food pairing.
Learning Outcome:
You will experience and learn how food and wines can be paired for a better outcome. You may create pairings yourself while your sommelier explains the basic rules of pairing food and wine.
Food & Wine Pairing: Partners and Opposites
The level of interest in a wine workshop can vary among participants, therefore we cater to both beginners and more experienced wine enthusiasts to ensure that everyone finds value and enjoyment in the experience.
A minimum of 8 participants is required to run the course, If less, then the difference should be paid according to the minimum price.
Although we like to work with smaller groups (under 20), there is no maximum limit for the workshops.
