To cancel or reschedule please contact us 48 hours beforehand via E-mail or WhatsApp. There is no refund, but you can be added to a future session. You can cancel and reschedule once - we won't be able to keep moving your booking to different future dates multiple times. If you are a member, you can log-in and cancel yourself before 48 hours yourself, no need to contact us. Within 48 hours, the above listed rule applies.
